True Torah Jews Against Zionism is deeply pained to hear of the latest conflict between the Zionists and the Palestinian people living in the Gaza Strip. As in all previous conflicts, the Zionists well-trained modern air force and army contrasts sharply with the primitive weapons possessed by the Palestinians. In one day, they were able to inflict a death toll far greater than everything the Palestinians could do in a year. In fact, Reuters reported that Saturdays attack was the single bloodiest day in the Zionist-Palestinian conflict since 1948.

In view of the above, we wish to remind the world that not all Jews are Zionists; in fact, a good part of the Orthodox Jews of the world, both in the Holy Land, America and other countries are opposed to Zionism and its state. We bear no ill will toward any other people, and wish only to live in peace with the non-Jews in every country we live in.

The Zionists claim, as always, to be defending the Jewish people. But that is patently false. Their violent acts will not contribute to peace and security for Jews; they will only place more Jews in danger. The only road to ending this conflict is the Torahs directive of peace and respect for all human beings.
