The following rabbis gave their endorsements to various books published by True Torah Jews Against Zionism (known within the Jewish community by its Aramaic name Natruna). Their endorsements do not necessarily mean that they approve of everything published on this website.
Rabbi Meyer Weberman, rabbi of Cong. Nesevos Olum
For many years I have been writing letters in support of the important organization "Natruna," which was founded by several Torah scholars and G-d-fearing Jews, with one single purpose: to publicize to the entire world the true Torah view regarding taking a redemption on our own before the coming of the messiah. And over the years this organization has succeeded in publicizing this in many different ways. And now, as part of their worldwide activities in spreading Torah, they have decided to print a beautiful collection of Torah thoughts on the weekly portion, in the English language which is spoken in the United States, on the subject of exile and redemption, explaining the views of our rabbis of past and present, as recorded in their writings and speeches. Therefore I bless them in their work and I call upon all Jews to take this book home and learn from it, and teach your children and their children the true path.
Rabbi Yaakov Shapiro, rabbi of Bayswater
For a long time I have known about the holy institute Natruna, which does G-d's work, to spread the view of the holy Torah, the obligations of the body and heart that apply to our period of exile, the fulfillment of which is a matter of life and death for the Jewish people, for they form the foundation of how we are to save ourselves from those who rise up to destroy us. Therefore the staff of Natruna are doing us a great service by publishing in English a book of Torah words on the portion, words of Gedolei Yisroel from all generations, from all segments of the Jewish people - Chassidim and Misnagdim, Ashkenazim and Sephardim, on the subject of exile and redemption. And I have seen with my own eyes how the staff of Natruna has succeeded in teaching those misled by Zionism, saving precious souls through the spread of Torah. Therefore I pray that they succeed in this venture.
Rabbi Ezra Douek, rabbi of Od Yossef Hai, Los Angeles
I have received your book of Torah thoughts on the weekly portion, called "In the Footsteps of the Flock." The name is befitting, as it derives from the scroll of Song of Songs (1:8): "If you do not know, O most beautiful of women, then go in the footsteps of the flock, and pasture your kids among the dwellings of the shepherds." Rashi explains, "If you, My people, who are the most beautiful of the nations, do not know where to go to pasture your flocks safely among the threatening nations of the world, follow the imprints of the footsteps of the flock: study the ways of your forefathers in previous times, who accepted My Torah and kept My charge and My commandments, and walk in their ways, for only by virtue of this will you be able to pasture your kids among the nations." How painful it is to see precious boys and young men who are lacking the knowledge about the battles fought by Gedolei Yisroel and their views on the trials of our time, modernism and Zionism and all the other isms. And they also lack training on how to approach these subjects with the gentiles among whom we live. There are many heads of yeshivas and rabbis of congregations who, in order to avoid arousing the anger of their members, keep quiet - but in the meantime a generation of Torah learners and keepers of the mitzvos is growing up without any knowledge of the truth, or of what their forefathers did in times like this. What will these rabbis answer on the day of judgment? Therefore, what you have done, to publish stories about Gedolei Yisroel of the past generation in simple language will do much to strengthen the people who are thirsty for words of encouragement, especially in places like Los Angeles that are far from the Torah centers; your reward is very great. And I know and have seen that your work bears fruit, but we still need much more. Certainly, your organization, called Natruna, will grow, and may all those who help it be blessed, for the righteousness of the masses depends on you.
Rabbi Ozer Yonah Kushner, magid shiur in Lakewood
The holy organization, Natruna, carries out the work of Heaven, to spread pure emunah and strengthen the Jewish people in the time-honored ways of waiting for the redemption and not doing any act towards it on our own. One of their activities has been to publish words of Torah on the weekly parsha. I bless them that they should succeed and teach the Jewish people the true daas Torah through this book.
Rabbi Dovid Soloveitchik, rosh yeshiva of Brisk
Although I do not usually give letters of approbation, this time I will make an exception, to encourage G-d-fearing Jews who publicize the battle against Zionism waged by Gedolei Yisroel, and the terrible destruction that Zionism has brought upon the Jewish people spiritually and physically. Therefore, if under these conditions there are still people who speak out the word of G-d publicly, perhaps a little light will dispel much darkness.
Rabbi Meir Soloveitchik, rosh yeshiva of Brisk
A collection of words of Gedolei Yisroel can light up the darkness, and the main thing is that everything one does must be for the sake of Heaven.
Rabbi Menashe Friedman, dayan of Cong. Yetev Lev
You have published a great work, an assembly of all the works of rabbis of past generations on the subject of exile and redemption, called "Efes Biltecha Goaleinu". In these areas our great Rebbe, Rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum, has already given us his holy work Vayoel Moshe, a guide to what we must do in these times. His views were the views of all rabbis before him. In order to ease this study, you have published this new book, which arranges the sources in a simple format. At the same time, we must praise the leaders and staff of the famous organization "Natruna" which for many years has been well known for its important activities in spreading the word of G-d at all times. Certainly these activities will take off G-d's anger from the Jewish people and bring us mercy and kindness.
Rabbi Avrohom Leitner, rabbi of Montevideo Congregation
The book "Efes Biltecha Goaleinu" was brought before me, containing words of Chazal and great rabbis of all generations, down to the present day, proving that we must take no physical action toward our redemption, and we must not rebel against the nations. I hope this book will be very useful to Jews to show them that this was not the innovation of the Satmar Rebbe, but it is based on Chazal and all the rabbis. And I hope the book will be instrumental in helping the younger generation not to stray after the words of heresy that are heard in the street. Also, I wish to write in praise of the activists of Natruna, who work hard to publicize this truth.
Rabbi Yechezkel Roth, rabbi of Karlsburg
I saw the book "Efes Biltecha Goaleinu" which purifies Jewish hearts of the storm of heresy which rages in this generation, where the darkness is doubly spread by the evil government, the deniers of G-d and His Torah. How painful it is that sinners have succeeded in ruling the Land of Israel in the name of Israel. Woe to us that we live in such a generation. Therefore, we must really praise the compiler of this book, who put together all these sources, all of them the words of the living G-d, restoring the hearts of the Jewish people to their Father in heaven. It will be very successful in enlightening the Jewish people and opening the eyes of the blind.
Rabbi Avrohom Yitzchok Ullman, dayan of Edah Charedis
The book "Efes Biltecha Goaleinu" was brought before me, an amazing collection of rabbinic quotes from past generations, on the subject of accepting the yoke of exile and the prohibition to force the end. May the compiler be blessed, and may blessings come upon the entire organization Natruna, who are spread the true Torah view of our rabbis on the subject of the Holy Land to all corners of the earth.
Rabbi Getzel Berkowitz, dayan of Kiryas Yoel
I have seen the dear book called "Efes Biltecha Goaleinu" full of enlightening words teaching the depth of the defilement and heresy that is inherent in the idea of Zionism, and in the evil government which they have set up in our Holy Land, which endangers the Jewish people physically and spiritually, and prevents our redemption.
Rabbi Moshe Menachem Tyrnauer, dayan of Montreal
Since there was founded an organization of G-d-fearing Jews, whose activity is to sanctify the name of G-d by publicizing to the entire world, and primarily to Jews who wish to know, the true Torah view on the plague of Zionism, which is a cancer on the Jewish people, and desecrates the name of G-d from one end of the world to the other; this organization teaches Jews about the danger in this. They conduct themselves based on the rulings of the Gedolei Torah, according to the accepted Daas Torah, and they spend much money on their activities, so it is a great mitzvah to contribute to them and take part in what they do.
Rabbi Shmuel Moshe Kremer of Breslov, Jerusalem
I am writing to give support to the respected activists of Natruna, whose purpose is to spread in various ways the true Torah view on the simple faith a Jew must have on exile and redemption, as our holy rabbis have taught us. Praiseworthy are they and good is their portion, for they occupy themselves with this mitzvah. May G-d help them to increase their activities.
Rabbi Yitzchok Lebovitch, Khal Yereim Woodridge
The book Efes Biltecha Goaleinu is an amazing collection, strengthening our belief in the salvation of G-d. Would that our Jewish brethren would pay attention to this subject. I would like to bring to your attention that my uncle, Rabbi Hillel Lichtenstein, rabbi of Krasna, should have been mentioned in the book. He was one of the rabbis in America after the war who stood at the forefront on the battle against Zionism. He would always relate that his father-in-law, the Shimloyer Rav, when he was about to be killed by the Nazis, cried out, "Only the wickedness of the Zionists has caused this! It happened to us because we did not protest against them enough." My uncle was also one of those who pressed Rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum, the Satmar Rebbe, to publish a book on the subject of the elections in the evil state, as he called it. May G-d make you successful.
